Description:

Domaibo functions as a Wand of Fear

It exudes a sickly green cone of malicious light. This cone of light is 60 feet long and 20 feet wide. All targets must save versus fear or be terrified.

One charge will make victims who save experience a tingling sensation. On a failed save, the targets are shaken (-2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks)

Two charges will make victims who save shaken. On a failed save, the targets are frightened (Flees if possible, If not able to flee, the target fights. A frightened creature receives a -2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks)

Three charges will make victims who save frightened. On a failed save, the targets are panicked (A panicked creature must drop anything it holds and flee at top speed from the source of its fear. It can’t take any other actions. In addition, the creature takes a –2 penalty on all saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks. If cornered, a panicked creature cowers and does not attack.)
